In the era of food adulteration and food quality compromises, “Sharayu Parab-Vagal” envisioned creating a food brand that would feed not only her own family but also millions of families. This led to the creation of “Bhagirathi Products” in the year 1990. She began experimenting with several recipes and finally settled on different types of Attas. In the year 1997, her husband “Anil Vagal” joined the business and expanded the brand to modern trade. Today we stand strong with 36 different variants of atta with the guidance and direction of “Abhijeet Vagal”. He aims at expanding Bhagirathi products not only nationally but also to spread its roots worldwide. Our tagline “Traditionally Delicious” explains our efforts in providing fresh “stone-ground atta”, meaning we use traditional methods that add more nutrients and make the atta flavoursome.
