BRONOPOL TECHNICAL GRADE:It can be used as microbiocide in oil and gas, paper mill process water, industrial cooling water, paints and coatings, metalworking fluids, water-based printing inks, pigments and mineral slurries, emulsions, absorbent clays and adhesives. BRONOPOL BP GRADE:It is widely used in Aqua chem industry, as it is a pond treatment solution - Treats and controls fungi and protozoa that cause diseases on fish and shrimp. Also use as chemical preservative in veterinary products.

Sodium bromide brine has a high density which makes it an effective fluid for drilling and completion operations. Like other brine solutions, sodium bromide brine is highly soluble in water and has excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments. It is also non-toxic and non-corrosive, making it a safe and reliable choice for various industrial applications. NaBr can be mixed with NaCl to obtain densities up to 12.8 lb/gal (1,534 kg/m). NaBr/NaCl systems are more economical than pure NaBr solutions.
