Started in the year 1965 by Mr. Bharat Dipchand Shah, the foundation bricks of the company were laid down with the help of valuable advice received from a benefactor who urged the young businessman to start his business in Tool and Alloy Steels, instead of TMT Steel Bars. The firm started with stocking and importing of Tool and Alloy Steels products and later graduated into supply and distribution. Once established, there was no looking back. Subsequently, the reins of the business were then handed onto the next generation entrepreneur, Mr. Aashish Bharat Shah whose passion and expertise in the field took the company to the next level. The company has since then grown into a multi-crore business, having footprints, PAN India.
