We help event organisers publish a professional event website, manage registrations and badges, design floor plans and stalls, capture leads with AI business-card scanning, check attendees in on the day, and stay connected with exhibitors and visitors through a shared community feed and supplier discovery.

Our model is deliberately simple and fair: only organisers pay, and only for the software.Exiwik charges no commission and never holds your money — organisers collect their own ticket, stall and sponsorship payments directly and keep 100% of them. Visitors and exhibitors use Exiwik for free. Organisers can run a full event on the free plan and upgrade per event (Pro / Max) or to an annual Max Unlimited subscription for higher limits, their own branding and a custom domain.
